Do I need to pay in advance to book? +

No. Enquiry is free and we hold your room for 24 hours. A small advance (one night) only confirms — and is refundable per our cancellation policy.

Is food included? +

Breakfast and evening chai are included. Lunch and dinner are available on request at a small charge — cooked fresh by the family.

Do you arrange pickups and tours? +

Yes. Airport/station pickup, boat rides, guided walks and day trips can all be arranged through us. Tell us your plans on WhatsApp.

Is the villa suitable for families with children? +

Absolutely — the courtyard and garden are safe for little ones, and the family is used to hosting kids. Cots are available on request.

Do you accept cards or UPI? +

UPI and cards are accepted on arrival. For the confirmation advance, we accept UPI or bank transfer.
